Welcome to Face Forward Actors Models. By enrolling in our classes, workshops and
events, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Face Forward Actors Models is a performing arts academy. We network with agents,
managers.

When you opt into SMS Text messaging please expect to receive SMS text
messages that include the following: audition notifications, class updates, information
regarding agent days.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the phone number
you received your text messages from. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to
us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.
After this, you will no longer receive SMS message from us. If you want to join again,
just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS message to you
again.

If you are experiencing issues with the message program you can reply with the
keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or you can get help directly at
info@faceforwardactorsmodel.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages to you from us and to
us from you. You will receive 2–3 messages per week. If you have any questions about
your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

1. Enrollment and Payment:
   Enrollment in classes is subject to availability. Tuition and fees must be paid in full prior
   to the start of class or events each month. All photoshoots must be paid in full prior to
   the photoshoot. Refunds are available according to our refund policy, which is detailed
   in our contract. We follow all State and Federal Laws.

2. Code of Conduct:
   Participants are expected to maintain respectful and professional behavior.
   Harassment, discrimination, or any disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

3. All participants and family members agree to be video taped and/or audio recorded
   at any time while in the office of Face Forward Actors Models.

4. All participants understand that only Face Forward reserves the right to do any
   filming for the purposes of training and/or social media advertising at no compensation
   to the participant or family. Use of cellphones to film anyone or anywhere at Face
   Forward’s office is strictly prohibited.

5. If participant would like to cancel their monthly classes they must turn in a 30 day
   notice of cancellation via email to: info@faceforwardactorsmodels.com

6. Intellectual Property:
   All course materials, including videos, documents and other content are the intellectual
   property of Face Forward Actors Models and may not be reproduced without
   permission.

7. Liability:
   Face Forward Actors Models is not liable for any injuries or damages that occur on our
   premises or during our classes or events except as required by law.

8. Privacy:
   We respect your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with
   our Privacy Notice.

9. Amendments:
   Face Forward Actors Models reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any
   time. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.

10. It is agreed that Face Forward Actors Models assumes no responsibility for, or
    guarantee of employment in any field whatsoever.

11. Governing Law:
    These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the state of Florida.
